Rules and Regulations

On Entering the Training Hall
Students should bow to the Instructor
Starting Class
The Instructor should centre himself in front of the class
Students line up according to rank, most senior to the right
Senior student should check for correct attire in members before calling the commands:
Attention - Salute the Flag - Meditation - Bow to the Instructor
During Class
Proper respect and discipline should be maintained at all times
When the instructor enters the Do Jang, the senior student should call the class to attention and have the class bow
Students arriving late should wait by the entrance to be reconised by the instructor
Students must gain permission from the instructor to leave the training hall
Silence in the Training Hall
Students seated on the sidelines must be silent to avoid disturbing those practising
Spectators must not eat or smoke in the Do Jang
Students seated on the floor should keep a good posture
Salutation
Much importance is placed on salutation or bowing. It portrays humility and respect to instructors, senior members and opponents
